In the course of consuming services provided to you by Lifteller and/or Subsidiaries to meet your needs, through this channel, we collect information you provide us via forms, phone calls, and correspondence by mail or emails, service point interfaces, as well as other channel enablers as might be available. We do not transfer your personal data outside of Nigeria. All data processing activities are conducted within Nigeria. If it becomes necessary to transfer your personal data internationally in the future, we will inform you and ensure such transfers are carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws and with appropriate safeguards.

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions, and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

We will only retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purpose of satisfying any legal and regulatory requirements.
